Junior Project Lead (m/f/d) - Industrialization

Your tasks:

Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development
Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance (availability,...)
Preparation of costing measures
Creation of project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope
Supporting active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate projects and their dependencies and utilize and manage resources across projects
- Managing project product changes together with the Product Change Manager
Preparing information and results for (top) management

Your qualifications:

Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Basic project management knowledge
Good knowledge of English and German
Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Holistic thinking within the organization
Ability to communicate with senior management
Willingness to deal with conflicts based on facts and figures
