We are looking for a Cost of Sales Controlling Analyst to join the “Power Systems” business which offers total system solutions for power applications to support the mega trends electrification and decarbonization. Objective of your work is to create relevant Cost of Sales data analysis which will support the senior management to make strategic business decisions. In your new role you will:
- Analyze the cost of sales including manufacturing cost, Inventory and Scrap Management and other related CoS expenses
- Prepare regular financial dashboards , including cost of sales analysis, deep dive for operational charging cost and variance reports
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cost of sales against targets, identifying areas for improvement and cost-down opportunities of running products or new technologies
- Create and leverage new finance tools with e.g. AI to ensure accuracy, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with various stakeholders , including finance, operations, and supply chain teams, to jointly drive business performance and provide insights on cost-related matters
- Support a high quality and reliable financial forecast related to Cost of Sales and influence our production strategy with data analytics
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics , Finance, Statistics or Data Science
- 1-3 years of working experience ; prior experience in a controller or similar position is highly desirable
- Competence in financial analysis , cost accounting principles, and variance analysis. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills , including financial modeling, pivot tables, charts, and ad-hoc report creation
- Familiarity with SAP applications; experience in SAP BW reporting is beneficial
- Programming and data analytics skills are preferred i.e. Power BI, R, or Python
- Hands-on experience in creating visualizations of (financial) data, e.g. with Tableau
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams with different locations and cultures and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and be a team player

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
