For our Engineering team in Krefeld (near Düsseldorf, Germany) respectively for a new branch to be established in
the Munich area we are looking for a

Specialist (m/f/d) Digitalization - Engineering
Reference number: 45/2023

Your responsibilites:

• Creation of an analysis of the current situation and a target concept for the digitalization / automation of

processes in the field of engineering (cost and benefit estimation)

• Establishment and further development of a digitalization agenda as well as the creation of concepts and

action profiles for digitalization

• Preparation of specifications and project management for digitalization projects with external partners

• Bundling and further development of group-wide digitalization projects in engineering

• Development of innovative concepts and strategies up to the technical requirements and their technical

implementation

Ihr Profil:

• A technical or business engineering or computer science degree or comparable training and at least 3 years

of professional experience in the areas of automation, software development, database programming.

Knowledge of common programming languages (e.g. Python) for the purpose of interface and database

programming

• Expertise of common database formats and their application

• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English

• A structured, analytical way of working as well as the ability to work in a team, initiative, commitment, and

reliability

• A willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 15%)
