For our division Cosmetics ,at our location in Köln, München we are looking for a

(Junior) Regulatory & Quality Manager (m/f/d) Cosmetics

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Collaborate on quality assurance for cosmetic products with contract manufacturers and organize and conduct inspections of cosmetic products and packaging materials.

• Work with external service providers for regulatory and compliance checks in global markets.

• Create documentation for external regulatory inspections and registrations and maintain and update necessary compliance documentation.

• Partner with external developers on documentation of formulations and raw materials.

• Assist in label and advertising claims review.

• Support complaint management and coordinate with supply chain on batch traceability.

• Collaboration in the certification of our natural cosmetics according to the COSMOS standard.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field such as Chemical Engineering or Laboratory Science.

• 2-5 years of experience in regulatory cosmetics or product development, including quality assurance.

• Experience working with testing institutes, authorities, and external service providers in regulatory affairs.

• Analytical and conceptual thinking with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent understanding of legal texts and the ability to process them effectively.

• Knowledge of development or production processes for cosmetic or similar products.

• German language skills are the plus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and efficient with great attention to detail with high sense of responsibility and structured, precise working methods.
