Activity 1 : Assist the Project and Sales Managers

• Organize customer meetings or big internal ones like project kick-offs at e-Power (e.g. book room, organize logistics, meal, etc)
• Take in charge the organization of travel. Manage VISA and/or other docuents that are needed for travel
• Support and up-date reportings
• Support and participate the preparation of presentations
• Assist to meetings if PM is not available. It means being able to take notes in English and German
• Organize customer visits
• Follow contractual prices re-evaluation
• Contact for controlled documents and forward it to the PMs
• Up-date project organization charts, project lists
• Archives

Activity 2 : Project task

• Issue ePORs in SAP. Check that order is placed.
• Follow-up the delivery of ordered components (reception) Alert PM if delay of delivery.
• Support PM and Finance for delivery of batteries and invoicing them to customer
• Follow-up of dev costs. Extract of SAP including non-received orders
• Cash follow-up
• Support PMs for establishment of dashboards and preparation of GR/QPR
• Track and communicate proejct costs to PMs

Activity 3 : Sales tasks

• Make sure that contract summary is done and up-date.
• Put customer orders in SAP and follow-up deliveries
• Follow-up price evolution (e.g. indexation rules, amortizations,…)
• Follow-up customer payments and overdues

Activity 4 : Management of customer websites

Check on regular basis if new documents are published

Personal Background

• University degree or similar
• First work experience, 2-3 years
• Fluency in German and English

Job Technical skills

• Excellent writing skills
• Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
