The facility currently operates 24 hours/day 7 days/week. The Warehouse department utilizes a rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Swing shift 1st shift hours.

Working from verbal, written, or computer, generated instructions and according to established operating procedures.
Starting Rate is $24.80!! $1,500 sign on bonus
Your Day-to-Day
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Unload Pentane from Railcars tanks and tanker trucks following Strict safety protocols.
- Helps coordinate other activities associated with service quality.
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors on truck schedules.
- Unload all materials on incoming trucks
- Complete receiving paperwork relating to materials as required.
- Completes daily count of all raw material items and records on Excel spreadsheet. Alerts purchasing and warehouse manager on any shortages or discrepancies.
- Checks computerized bill of lading against actual loads.
- Places and removes pallets of goods from inventory rack system.
- Operate forklift and clamp truck to move materials as required.
- Must be willing to assist others when needs arise.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance on the proper operation of the equipment in the receiving area. i.e. unloading pumps, valves, Glycol railcar heating system.
- Inspects mobile equipment and completes the appropriate checklist(s).
- Assist warehouse crews as needed.
- Assists production crews with raw materials needed, i.e. nail board sheets & slats, and fiber board supplies.
- Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies.
- Determine levels and quantity of all raw materials on hand vs. production schedule, ambient temperature conditions and unload/pumping time and plan unloading activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with railroad the order and placement of railcars to bring into the siding for unloading. Utilize the railroad online site as well as telephone conversations with dispatch.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Have general math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages).
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office).
- Solid Communication Skills (written/verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional team player.
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
