You have a genuine enthusiasm for the growth of renewable energy. You understand that the commercial success of our facilities is crucial for the success of the energy transition. You realize that the biggest challenges in the coming years lie in expanding renewable energy and need to be addressed promptly.

You comprehend that it's not just the electricity production of the facilities that matters, but also the payments required to keep these facilities operational. Moreover, you are aware that the compensation for electricity production plays a vital role in achieving an exceptional annual financial outcome – especially since last year.

As always, the devil is in the details of every invoice and credit note, and you possess the ability to uncover any discrepancies. You are the person who maintains the approval process, ensuring that all "notes" successfully lead to "settlement":

• Collaborating with the Shared Service Center (SSC) to initiate and coordinate the invoice/credit note workflow (acting as the first point of contact for the SSC).
• Regularly updating cost overviews for each asset, which involves recording all incoming invoices and credit notes and reconciling them with budgets.
• Generating monthly evaluations for each wind park, providing comprehensive summaries of production and availability data as a basis for further calculations.
• Creating invoices and rebilling statements (e.g., feed-in and electricity consumption) after aligning with the relevant departments.
• Monitoring existing provisions by conducting consumption audits and reversing provisions accordingly.

Your Entrepreneurial Qualities

You possess a keen instinct for identifying stumbling processes and have ideas on how to simplify them. You excel as a team player and have the ability to persuade others to support your cause. Your work is characterized by precision, attention to detail, and a diplomatic approach to addressing our weaknesses.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of commercial training or a comparable field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in German at a C2 level, along with strong written and spoken English skills, and a willingness to work in an international environment.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

We work extensively with time series, datasets, lists, and tables, often utilizing the full range of Excel capabilities. If you have experience in this area, it would be advantageous.
