For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

• You are responsible for analyzing and processing data for our dashboards.
• You will work with various tools to extract and prepare relevant information.
• Support the team in daily operations, including handling clarification cases, reviewing potential fraud cases and processing internal and external inquiries related to credit and fraud risk cases.
• Support in project work: for example, you will assist with research, data analysis, and the creation of reports and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering/Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the field of payments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Independent and structured working style
• You are characterized by teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You are proficient in English, with business-level fluency in spoken and written communication

• Please note that for a working student position, you must be enrolled for at least 12 more months and available for 20 hours per week. During semester breaks, the working hours can be voluntarily increased to 40 hours per week.
