Responsibilities
- You manage the FHCS Academy in terms of conceptual development of new offerings in line with the HR Strategy, current catalog, financial planning, and monthly closing.
- You support the development and global implementation of the FHCS HR strategy in all Training & Learning related terms (initiatives/ programs, policies, procedures, systems)
- You support the annual Talent Management process globally (Performance Review, Talent Review, Calibration & Succession Planning)
- You manage OD (sub-)projects to foster talent management, team development and leadership upskilling
- You act as key user for the global training & learning systems, as well as the global HRIS
- You act as trainer or facilitator for selected HR related programs and tools
- You manage the Global communication on Learning-related topics, e.g., learning initiatives, FHCS Academy, Digital learning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as HR Generalist with prior training or development experience, or Training & Learning/ OD expert
- Instructional design knowledge and experience
- Academic degree required (BA)
- Fluent English required; other languages favorable
- Good knowledge of relevant software tools e.g., workday, LMS
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to act as a trainer
- Certifications on team development tools favorable (e.g., MBTI, FIRO-B)
- Specific Skills: Strong Interpersonal and Influencing skills, Cross-functional business knowledge or experience, Ability to turn strategic needs into training and learning concepts, Learning Agility
