You are living in Munich or close to Munich? Then we are looking for you as our new “Digital Project Manager (gn)” in our innovation hub in Garching.

The Digital Project Manager DACH ensures that digital projects in DACH area are executed successfully. He/she supports the delivery based on digital roadmap of the region and its respective countries together with the local management. Your objectives would be to speed up digitalization progress of our existing and future initiatives in DACH by delivering on concrete B2B customer projects according to our digital roadmap. Furthermore you support the local team with digital sales & operations solutions adoption and orchestrate an implementation and training process.

Your responsibilities

• Support the execution of regional sales & operations digital transformation roadmap, main focus on B2B ordering processes
• Manage projects in cross functional teams with members of business, IT and our customers Identify, develop and implement digital solutions to provide a superior customer experience
• Gather local product requirements and align with global project team to make corresponding adjustments
• Effectively communicate with our different stakeholders, you provide regular updates and you build effectively a long term-relationship
• Support our global digitalization strategies for businesses and functions

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science or similar
• Relevant solid experience in digital project management, preferably with an understanding of B2B ordering processes and related technical aspects, ideally in the B2B integration environment (data mapping, ETL, B2B file formats)
• Great project implementation skills, experience to manage project work with diverse and scattered teams with very diverse background in cross-cultural business environment
• Fluent in English and German is a must, French would be a Plus
• Willingness to travel if required (20-30%)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills to explain & promote the developed solutions
• Strong trouble shooting & problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel
• Ambitious and achievement driven
• Able to take a management view
• Proficient in conventional & modern project management skills
• Knowledge of key IT (API management, Data mapping, Cloud Platforms) / Digitalization concepts
