OVERVIEW:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for monthly monitoring and variance analysis of actuals versus budget, participating in annual financial forecasts, and conducting detailed financial analysis for project and investment decisions. She/he will develop financial steering models and KPIs, improve the Treasury function, and support the evolution of financial systems and technologies.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES: - Monthly monitoring of actuals vs. budget, including variance analysis and proposal of corrective actions.
- Participation in the preparation and refinement of annual financial forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis for project and investment business cases, including detailed ROI analysis to guide decision-making.
- Providing ad-hoc analyses as required by the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Developing the financial steering model and KPIs to support transparency and performance measurement.
- Improving the Treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank financing, foreign exchange hedging and transactions, investment/portfolio management, and bank relationships.
- Supporting the evolution of systems and technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning, linked systems, and interfaces, such as Business Intelligence, accounting, audit, and internal controls.
All responsibilities above apply for FIA France, FIA Switzerland, Subsidiaries and AIT. PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence and financial modelling & analysis software.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, another language would be a plus.
