The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
This incumbent serves as the administrative manager for the Russia Support Unit with a total of 12 employees supporting U.S. Moscow. The incumbent provides a variety of administrative support to the RSU Director, RSU Staff and Moscow Management. Tasks include, but are not limited to prepare documents, briefing and presentation materials from the Director and RSU USDH staff for distribution; payroll, maintain SharePoint website, manage office filing systems, the RSU calendars, and manage office supplies and assist the RSU and U.S. Embassy Russia Management team. Incumbent also provides backup administrative assistance to the Human Resource Office as needed.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of office management experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge in office management, maintaining schedules, office supplies and operation of standard office equipment.
Mandatory: Two (2) years of general college or university studies is required.
LANGUAGE: English - Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate. This will be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of MS office suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
