meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content, including articles, videos, graphics, and presentations, to support our communication and employer branding initiatives

Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, our career site and blog, mailings, recruitment materials, and events.

Develop key narratives, messaging, taglines, and other written elements for focus topics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share employee success stories, departmental updates, and other relevant content.

Translate our messages and stories into compelling and persuasive copy.

Produce high-quality written assets and ensure our communications are clear, concise, and impactful.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

You have a university degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

Business fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Proven experience in content creation and copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Strong understanding of content strategy and best practices in copywriting.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception to execution.

Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
