Senior Learning & Developing Specialist (f/m/d) in Berlin bei Spreadshirt
Your Tasks
- You will develop and deliver internal L&D interventions using a blended learning approach that includes appropriate media, and online training where necessary – always considering the company culture, values, and our “tone of voice”
- You will constantly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the training you deliver to continuously improve our offer and deliver our ROI
- You will demonstrate strong relationship-building and networking skills to effectively partner with the business, P&C, and other internal and external L&D teams
- You will lead and manage Performance, DEI, and Talent management, and develop targeted and relevant learning interventions
- You will generate best practices, considering advancements in the industry whilst always maintaining our culture at the company
- You will constantly deliver feedback to improve performance – role modeling our culture
- Job Role: Leads, Develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates training methods and programs for a variety of topics including leadership, employee engagement, soft skills, organizational development, change, culture, DEI, and other programs as needed
Your Profile
- You have a master’s degree in HR, OD, Change, or similar with a business background
- You have hands-on experience with managing Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Performance Cycles (end to end) and employee experience
- You have worked on managing end-to-end OD, L&D and Employee onboarding cycles
- You have experience with HRMS tools like SAP, Leapsome, Personio, etc.
- You have experience in managing and rolling out a DEI framework and initiatives
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and German
- You work well with different stakeholders in the company (employees, middle management, and senior management)
- You are proactive, work independently and have experience in leading OD, Change and leadership Project
- You have led and managed several employee engagement initiatives together with action planning outcomes
- You have a positive attitude, known for delivering, high integrity, and compliance with internal quality standards
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects and support different functions simultaneously
