YOUR FUTURE ROLE
In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. - Manage the overall SAP Signavio tech touch customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders
- Accountable for customer’s overall success with a strong focus on administrative topics such as working on contract and billing requests, account updates, and renewals
- Assist with improving internal processes and customer facing outreaches
- Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio leadership
- Assist with content / best practices creation for tech touch customer segment
- Creative writing of blog posts in the online customer community
YOUR PROFILE
- Prior experience in Customer Service or in a customer facing role that includes mass communication
- Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships internally and support communication campaigns
- Ability to proactively engage across functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management & others)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Passion for customers and their success
- Experience in email marketing and content creation (optional)
- Experience in business process management / business process consulting (optional)
- Business fluent in German and English
