You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you want to kickstart your career – preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Process Management team of our Business Transformation (BT) program at the KION Group Headquarters. From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

• As part of the Business Transformation Process Management team, you will support the KIONwide Business Transformation which will reshape and define our business and its global Enterprise Architecture

• You will be part of the design, development and delivery of consistent and uniform strategic process and solution templates for all business areas in alignment with the business strategy

• You will closely collaborate with the team and stakeholders in defining the process model and guarantee a robust and continued documentation

• You will also work with the BT Organizational Readiness and Change Management team to drive change in the organization by implementing process changes in related Business Transformation initiatives and projects

• As part of the Process Management core team, you will be in constant alignment on processes with Business, IT integration and standardization managers

Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or from another management related focus point

• You have professional working proficiency in English enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global program team ; German language skills may be beneficial

• You have project management skills as well as first experience with process development or improvement

• You are a highly motivated team player with strong communication skills and a pragmatic hands-on mentality

• You look forward to taking on responsibility to achieve tangible results

• Ideally, you have already had international as well as first work experience
