Main responsibilities
Culture Leadership:
- Build the strategy and lead initiatives globally to activate our culture and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace, aligned with our organization’s objectives.
- Define our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), showcasing the unique benefits and opportunities our organization offers to reinforce our brand and reputation.
- Engage and partner with our global Influencer Network to bring to life our culture for all employees, while fostering cohesion across all regions.
- Play a pivotal role in our commitment to achieving our goal of certifying over 90% countries as B-Corp.
Employee Engagement Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Senior Leaders and across the P&C function in championing engagement initiatives, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Establish and oversee a robust listening strategy, ensuring we have the right channels in place to encourage open dialog to promote employee voice and feedback, as input to our engagement strategy.
- Coordinate internal activities and recognition programs at a global scale to foster a sense of belonging and commitment among employees.
- Build and manage an external award submission strategy to recognize our achievements as an Employer of Choice and in DE&I.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Strategy & Advocacy:
- Develop strategy and drive initiatives to advance diversity, cultivate visible sponsorship and foster an inclusive work environment in close partnership with experts for their related areas (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent, etc.)
- Actively influence our Senior Leaders in their role modeling of inclusive practices and allyship.
- Engage with our internal influencer network to amplify DE&I impact in globally, while exchanging best practices across locations.
- Sponsor the creation of global employee resource groups (ERGs), providing guidance, support, and recognition to drive meaningful and large-scale impact.
- Provide comprehensive DE&I training and resources to equip employees and leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance understanding of DE&I and foster inclusion and allyship.
- Forge strategic partnerships with external organizations and industry groups to advance DE&I initiatives and share best practices.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis:
- Establish and maintain metrics, awards & certification strategy to measure the effectiveness of engagement, culture, and DE&I initiatives.
- Conduct regular data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, areas of success and refine our plans accordingly.
- Ensure a continuous cycle of enhancement and innovation in our approach to employee engagement, DE&I and culture.
About you
- Proven experience in HR function
- Good Strategic thinking proven.
- Excellent communication & project management skills to influence senior stakeholders of the organization. Strong organizational agility.
- Demonstrable passion for Culture and DE&I topics.
- Experience developing and implementing engagement strategies of communities and global networks of employees.
- Initiative-taker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development on the field of Culture, Engagement and DE&I and goal oriented.
- Federator with ability to work in a transversal role with multiple stakeholders.
- Managing ambiguity, and ability to make decisions.
- Imperative strong English fluency as a working language.
