Responsibilities
- Project work in the HR area and with overarching functions
- Support in the further development of the HR organization and the implementation of digitalization processes
- Assumption of Germany-wide administrative tasks that can be handled centrally
- Close cooperation with the external payroll service provider, preparatory activities for payroll, taking into account current labor, wage tax, collective bargaining and social security law
- Contact point for the HR team for complex questions about payroll
Qualifications
- Apprentice as personnel clerk or comparable combination of training and professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources and ideally in accounting with SAP HR and in Workday
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, strong problem-solving skills paired with a high level of customer orientation
- Strong administrative skills to handle a diverse and complex workload
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in short deadlines
- Proactive team player, good communication skills in German and ideally also in English
