What you will work on

Our E.ON International Graduate Program puts theoretical knowledge to practice, offering opportunities to graduates who want to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape. Graduates with a wide range of academic backgrounds, from business administration to engineering, are needed for the energy transition. You get to know a variety of business areas across different placements and thus have the opportunity to develop along your personal interests. Whether its building on the skills you already have or fueling new interests at E.ON we want to unleash your potential and give you the means to thrive.

Across the two-year program, youll

• work in different cross-functional placements (e.g. Energy Networks, Strategy, Energy Solutions, Marketing & Brand, Business Development, Sustainability, Innovation, Digital Transformation, Finance) and international placements,

• gain global insights into E.ONs business across Europe (e.g. Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Italy).

What you bring

• Above average Masters degree or a respective Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Interest in solving energy industry issues on an international scale

• Fluent in English and a willingness to learn German

• Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work

• Dedicated to drive your own development forward

• Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills

• Appreciate working in diverse teams, demonstrating an open and inclusive mindset

• Strong solution- and customer-oriented thinking with excellent logical skills

An already existing residence and work permit for Germany are not necessarily required.
