Your Challenge
Employee Execution & Logistics (m/f/d)
An opportunity is available for an Employee Execution & Logistics limited for 2 years. The position is focusses on the execution of malting barley, used for the production of malt.

Responsibilities

Handle day to day execution tasks of Malting Barley shipments by all transport modes on basis ex works / FOB/CIF/C&F from various origins in Europe (main origin France) to multiple destinations worldwide.
Check/Match terms and conditions of commercial contracts
Follow contract positions of purchases and sales
Take care of logistics and planning from A to Z including freight booking for coasters, inland barges, trucks, trains and container shipments, in cooperation with our transportation team.
Deal with daily correspondence/communication with clients and service providers
Execute Letters of Credit
Update/monitor position lists and statements of account
Calculate Laytimes
Generate/Process all relevant invoices and debit/credit notes
Process/Match accruals for month/quarter/year end closing

Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience in the field of execution & logistics
Good language skills in French, English and possibly German
Good knowledge of standard contracts like Incograin, Gafta, etc.
Sound knowledge in software applications like Microsoft office
Responsible, structured, swift and accurate way of working
Sound communication skills as well as strong ability to work in a team
Highly motivated
