POSITION

To achieve our goals we are looking for a Analyst Strategy & Business Development (m/f/d) to support our group-level activities and continuously define, detail and drive our group-wide strategy into HRS markets.

CHALLENGE

• Create data-driven analyses and recommendations for Senior Management and Ownership

• Work closely with and prepare presentations for the HRS Leadership Team

• Take ownership in various strategic workstreams that aim at defining HRS’ multi-year development plan and go-to-market approach, through shaping new business models, driving new market entries (incl. mergers & acquisition and post-merger integration)

• Support strategic initiatives within the HRS Group from concept to realization and drive the initial implementation phases of strategy-induced projects throughout the organization

• Research global markets, competitors and trends

• Quickly assume a high level of responsibility

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• An outstanding academic degree in Business studies or similar

• First experience (for example internships) in strategy consulting, corporate development, e-commerce platforms or start-ups preferred

• Passionate about delivering coherent and data-driven analyses

• Conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working

• Eagerness to solve complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations

• Passion about working in a pragmatic, fast changing and results-oriented environment

• Fluency in English, spoken and written, German a plus

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
