Join our organisation as Plant Manager. The SRG Global Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the day to day activities of the facility while having a passion for ensuring compliance, people development, customer focus, and creating value.

This is a "hands-on" management position that will work across the organization in a competitive atmosphere. Working and effectively leading all of the departments and interfacing with cross-functional teams at a corporate and plant level is crucial for success.

Our Team

The facility In Boleslawiec has approx. 500 people with injection molding, painting and assembly capabilities supplying exterior automotive parts to different OEMS throughout Europe.

What You Will Do

• Overall accountability for the P+L and day-to-day business activities of the Plant.
• Oversee and facilitate operational compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Lead the team to achieve SRG Global Vision and business priorities
• Effectively managing and advancing all aspects of operations - Safety & Health, Environmental, Reliability, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Yield, Compliance and Capital/Maintenance Investment
• Support evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of capital projects to increase value consistent with business vision and objectives
• Utilize plant KPI's to monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement
• Develop individuals and teams through application of Principled Based Management.
• Providing strategic leadership and coaching to employees through a shared vision. Provides clear role, responsibilities and expectations for team members and holds them accountable.
• Managing indirect reports within a capability focused organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of common problems solving methodologies, 5-Why, 6-Sigma, PDCA, etc.
• Must be able to develop and execute a long-term business improvement plan.
• Risk management skills, risk identification/mitigation.
• Ability to interface with influence and gain credibility across a wide range of levels: senior leadership, sales & customer service, direct reports, supervisors, and front-line employees.
• Understand and can interpret and study financial and operating statements.
• Proven safety knowledge, ability to recognize/correct unsafe hazardous conditions and behaviors.
• Understand fundamental lean manufacturing concepts and key drivers.
• Effective change agent and relationship development track record in a cross-functional organization.
• Fluency in English & Polish.
