Our area of responsibility includes the automation of chip production at the Villach site. We get complex plants to communicate with each other and thus drive the digitalization of production. Industry 4.0 and IoT are integral parts of our work. We take care of existing software solutions and develop new systems for modern production facilities. Of course, we also provide support in the event of difficulties and failures.
In your new role you will:
- Act as full stack developer of web applications (eg. Angular/.NET Core) for production environment
- Establish and train best practice standards for internal teams
- Apply and extend CI/CD methods and practices (eg. Kubernetes)
- Develop and document monitoring functions (eg. Prometheus)
- Provide operational support for applications in production
During an individual onboarding phase , we will prepare you in the best possible way for your new areas of responsibility. With regular feedback meetings and systematic planning of your professional developmen t , we want to support and ensure your success in this position.
In addition, there is the possibility to perform part of the tasks in the home office (hybrid) and you can flexibly arrange your working hours .
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- a academic education in the IT environment (HTL / FH / Uni)
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
- experience in working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift)
- solid experience in frontend development frameworks (eg. Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- good communication and teamwork abilities.
- an independent way of working and you work out solutions autonomously
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F-G ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
