For our client, a famous manufacturer of tobacco products, we are now filling the following position:
Chatbot Expert (m/f/d)
Your Job Description
- Lead the deployment of website support and online self-diagnostic solutions in collaboration with multiple business stake holders (global CS, content team, market, web operation and hubs)
- Build the project roadmap and ensure timely deployment across markets
- Enhance natural language understanding and continuously improve user journey on the chatbot channel, including designing the UX and conversation flow
- Seize the opportunities for optimizations, review the demand from the markets, and accordingly, co-create on potential enhancements in collaboration with other CSS team stake holders and markets
- Ensure that these requests have always gone through due process before being formally submitted
- Ensure requirements on capability enhancements are submitted to product owners according to the right business and consumer priorities
- Define the right system requirements that enables the design, deployment and measurement of the digital support initiative amongst the business stake holders up until reaching to the consumer
- Monitor the key performance indicators of the self-service touchpoints on digital channels and accordingly, identify, plan, business case, and implement new opportunities to improve selfservice experiences
Your qualification profile
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Business or similar
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking to fully understand impact of decisions and business issues
- Several years of professional experience in digital consumer experience functions
- Experienced on website Content Management System preferably Adobe Experience Manager and building complex flowchart & diagrams using relevant tools
- Website content management and chatbot design experience are strong plus
- Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate projects
- Strong conceptual thinking and consumer driven
- Advanced level of English spoken and written
