Responsibilities
- You act as an interface between DT functions and process owners to support the roll-out and adoptions of DevOps culture and ways of working
- Advise and design the standard processes and procedures for DevOps Framework rollout across Digital Technology to ensure end-to-end ownership of Products with a high degree of independence
- Develop training and coaching methods to support the adoption of best practices for Development and Operations for various sourcing models
- Ensure support and coaching for Product Owners and Product team in transitioning to a DevOps framework or when in need
- Ensure support and coaching for Process Owners to ensure Infrastructure as Code, Security as Code, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and agile methodologies are embedded in the process design and improvements
- Proactively address and drive process optimizations ensuring DevOps principles for Plan, Code, Build, Test, Release and Deploy, Operate and Observability
- Define and implement an embedded governance approach to ensure data driven measurement of the health of systems and operational stability
- Reflect on the industry trends and introduce within DT relevant technologies, techniques, and ways of working to support business stability and productivity
- Collaborate with the community of experts across Digital Technology to foster continuous improvement of the ways of working (develop the Community of Practice through workshops, knowledge sharing, learning nuggets, conferences, etc.)
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Economics) or equivalent practical experience
- You have a strong understanding of end-to-end development, operations, and delivery of IT services, preferably in a global organization
- You have excellent knowledge of agile methodologies, project management frameworks and experience in Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge in designing, developing, verifying, testing, documenting, amending and refactoring scripts
- Practical knowledge of container technologies (e.g. EKS, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge in security, networking and cloud services in AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
- Experience with automation technologies and tools e.g. Terraform, Helm
- Knowledge in network, server, and application status monitoring using cloud native tools or 3rd party (e.g. Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk)
- You have strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
