About the Role
SS&C Blue Prism (BP) is seeking an Alliance account director to build / drive / develop and execute an effective Partner strategy. This individual will be an essential part and contributor to the EMEA Alliances team and revenue growth of the company. These partnerships are a fundamental part of our strategy to take market share and will lead the transformation of many of our largest customers and encourage a number of new clients to follow.
Your Responsibilities
- Position SS&C Blue Prism leadership with key alliance regional leadership in each of the practice, vertical and horizontal solution areas gaining joint commitment to execute revenue and customer penetration targets in each area
- Align with the in-region alliance account leads and country leads that have a strong relationship with the specific alliance to drive execution plans across the key strategies
- Develop the strategic and tactical execution plan that can be replicated across the alliance to gain maximum penetration with the focused investment
- Work across Blue Prism functional teams, e.g., marketing, Tech Alliance Program, professional services, and customer success to drive end to end solution investments
- Champion SS&C Blue Prism within all aspects of the alliance
- Embed in joint speaking opportunities, thought leadership, etc.
- Be known to alliance leaders and sector sales in the areas of the business that are key to our success
- Responsible for identification, development, forecasting and management opportunities to achieve the mutual revenue goals
- Work with Marketing to drive the maximum ROI from partner marketing investment and demand generation campaigns in conjunction with the stakeholders conduct Sales presentations
- Reward structure based on revenue and MBO.
- Alliance revenue measured by BP IARR targets – cross sell, upsell, new logos
- Alliance / BP customer retention
- Strategy definition and alignment across BP and the Alliance
- Launch of joint solutions in targeted areas as per aligned roadmap
- Target account growth in BP / Key Alliance account list
- Develop an effective strategy for the Alliance growth to become a significant contributor for both SS&C Blue Prism and the Alliances business
- Develop and maintain the deep understanding of the markets within each Alliance how they operate and build a defence and offensive partner competitive strategy
- Actively promote and develop the increased commitment and Intelligent Automation service delivery, competency, and capacity
- Act as a liaison between Alliances and BP stakeholders, sharing the information and raising awareness conducive for a fruitful relationship
- Act as the internal expert, support our efforts in EMEA region, offering advice, support to regional Partner Managers
