Customer Support Representative
Primary responsibility is to provide best-in-class commercial support to assigned customers and, working with the ADI field sales organization, maximizing customer satisfaction to support ADI’s business growth targets
Key Tasks:
- Review customer forecasts and in the event of discrepancies with sales forecast, proactively help to reconcile sales forecast with existing backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demands and ensure that these are linked to revenue, production, and inventory plans
- Maintain the sales forecast in the CFIT (Customer Forecast Interface Tool) according to corporate requirements
- Track sales projects (pricing, sample shipments, pre-production orders) for the account team
- Manage pilot production and ensure delivery during this phase. Ensure new product samples and x-grade production requirements are well understood by planning and manufacturing with a view to support the customer’s required date
- Ensure correct pricing is reflected in ADI pricing system
- Along with the account manager(s), prepare for the customer contract negotiation; work with the contract center to help prepare the RFQ and assist the negotiation team during face-to-face discussions, as required
- Manage pricing requests and communicate them internally and externally
- Ensure timely communication to customer of discontinuance notifications and manage last time buy quantities with the customer and planning
- Use customer portals for quote communication when appropriate
- Participate in account reviews and represent ADI in discussions on customer’s forecast accuracy versus consumption of forecast
- Provide ad hoc reports to RSDs, RSMs and account managers
- Support escalation issues for assigned accounts as required
- Prime contact and customer advocate within ADI for assigned accounts
- Participate in customer / corporate projects where applicable

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor or similar industry desirable
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional language of benefit
