We continue to grow and are looking for a Sales Manager DIY - DACH (m/f/d) to join our sales team as soon as possible. This position is home office based, but regular office meetings in Düsseldorf and visits to customers are required.

What you will do

• Develop and secure business by working closely with the D-I-Y accounts (e.g. OBI, Bauhaus, hagebau, etc.)

• Develop a business plan which ensures that revenue and profitability targets are met

• Establish the channel strategy and strengthen the channel cooperation to maintain a long-term partnership

• Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts

• Coordination of the core marketing activities and monitoring the sell-through results

What you will need

• 5+ years of experience in D-I-Y channel as sales manager or product manager, ideally with existing network

• Good understanding of D-I-Y market

• Experience with Gardening Tools is preferred

• Knowledge of complete sales cycle, from planning/forecasting to sell-in & sell-out management.

• Strong interest in new technologies, market trends and industry development

• Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization
