Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Senior Director HR Architecture and HR Portfolio Management your task is to drive HR transformation programs, focusing on seamless and consistent execution of initiatives aligned to the HR People Strategy and HR roadmap. The objective of this role is to ensure the design and implementation of strategic human resources initiatives of the HR Transformation, including organizational structure, rewards and talent management, and employee development programs. You will drive this by analysing business needs, supporting the creation of HR frameworks, and ensuring. You will have a proven track record of leadership skills and outstanding stakeholder management, leading Program Management Offices to deliver HR programs, managing critical path and interdependencies across HR, GBS H2R and Tech stakeholder groups.
You will be an experienced HR professional with the ability to build strong relationships, engage and influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo to transform the HR function and elevate our employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the overall Excellence4People program end to end enabling HR transformation via HCM cloud implementation:
- Deliver a holistic future HR design within the scope of the program and realize the full implementation by connecting all design elements in collaboration with project leads
- Drive execution of program scope within the defined roadmap
- Act as collaborative challenging partner for project leads to implement the single projects as one program End-to-End and ensure interdependencies are considered and aligned between project
- Enable agility and design thinking and how program deliverables embed into future HR programs by building the pathway from as-is to to-be
- Provide operational guidance for program management (HR, GBS and Tech) by setting up and managing program delivery in collaboration with project leads
- Lead the core Program Management Office team and define project roles and responsibilities while managing program governance
- Provide thought leadership to project managers and PMO in foreseeing interdependencies between technology, operations, business needs and potential other projects and support in escalating dependency issues proactively
- Develop and deliver program plan, and be responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, tracking of milestones, flagging risks, mitigation action, business case tracking, capacity overview
- Adjust program and project stream plans and resources as needed and aligned with steering body. Ensure that the project follows scope, time, budget and quality and mitigations in case of deviations
- Support preparation and follow-up of steering committees and other continuous meetings to ensure alignment with key stakeholders
- Proactively conduct alignments with key stakeholders at program level and coordinate internal and external stakeholders within relevant markets and business functions to solve dependencies
- Ensure compliance to project management standards and act with a consistent project management approach and tools based on best practice and HR expertise
