- Manage and enhance the global Internal Control System (ICS) in collaboration with an international team, serving as the primary contact for our Legal Entities
- Develop and optimize ICS processes, striving for increased automation and efficiency, aligning with corporate functions and Business Units
- Define ICS guidelines, work instructions, templates, and best practices, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization
- Support local ICS Operations and managers, providing guidance and assistance to ensure alignment with global standards
- Lead and implement various projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing the ICS system globally, focusing on enhancing transparency and efficacy
- Conduct ICS testing activities for TKE GmbH, ensuring adherence to established controls and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage the ICS system, tracking measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Participate actively in internal audits, providing expertise and insights to support the audit process
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, preferably in an international setting, audit, or consulting (Big4)
- Experience in IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and enhancing business results
- Strong initiative, proactive approach, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to simplify complex processes and automate where possible to eliminate non-value-added work
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and German; knowledge of Spanish and French is advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
