Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of the supply chain activities and interfaces within the assigned projects over the entire project duration from tender to project end
• Contact person within the project core team for the supply chain area
• Ensure implementation of group requirements by the supplier
• Establish and synchronize supply chain processes with respect to project requirements
• Monitors and manages material requirements planning, taking into account production needs
• Reviews requirements and computerized purchase orders for schedule and content conformity to project requirements
• Participates in higher-level meetings and organizes/moderates meetings, e.g. in the project core team

Your profile:

• Completed 3 years of subject-related vocational training and an additional professional training (e.g. state-certified technician or state-certified business economist) or several years of relevant work experience are acquired.
• English fluent and German written an spoken
• experience in Supply Chain, especially Supplier Management
• Auditor background
• ERP SAP experience
• Sourcing or Quality experience
• Soft skills:

  high communication skills
