Location: Office (Essen) / Home-Office

Pay Range: 70.000 € to 90.000 € (based on experience)

What makes you successful:

• 
  Education: Higher technical or business training with specialization in Quality, Environmental and Operational/Traffic Safety management
• Experience: Experience managing all aspects related to Quality, Environmental and Operational/Traffic Safety across business areas (including office, manufacturing/production facility, maintenance workshop and field operations), preferably in the Railway industry
• Hard skills: Comprehensive and up to date legislative and regulatory knowledge across the whole Quality, Environment and Safety spectrum and proficient internal auditor with a proven track record in supporting organisations through challenging external audits
• Soft skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload and ability to see the big picture and to provide useful input and strategic advice to the relevant stakeholders
• Work environment: Used to an international work environment and fluent communication skills in both German and English (Spanish would be a plus)

Your Mission:

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Integrated Management System (IMS) within the German market
• Devise a robust Quality, Environmental and Safety strategy, in line with legal, regulatory, industry, business and customer requirements
• Support the planning, delivery and governance in relation to relevant agreed programs to ensure the obtention and maintenance of required ISO &ECM certifications
• Ensure relevant policies and procedures that cover the Quality, Environmental and Safety management systems are integrated
• Governing CAF Germany internal and external audit program agreed by the CAF Rail Services committee
• Develop and deliver regular training programmes for Quality, Environmental and Safety aspect of the project
