About the Unit

Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company of the future, leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to help solve global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence in over 65 countries with around 17,000 employees. Drawing on more than a century of experience in crop nutrition, Yara established the Digital Farming division to explore how technology can be used to improve farmers' lives and productivity. At Yara Farming Solutions Europe, we aim to leverage Yara's digital product and commercial portfolio with data and insights on soil health, regenerative farming practices and information around the farmer and fields. Responsibilities

Gather user requirements identifying needs and frustrations, and business constraints, translating findings into timeline and actionable product and design decisions
Plan and conduct research across multiple countries globally
Triangulate existing data to solve problems raised by stakeholders
Collaborate closely with stakeholders: Product team, Design team, Business team, Research team, Data team

Profile

At least 2 years of experience in research industry, preferably including experience working in a product company
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders: Product team, Design team, Business team, Research team
Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking. Fluency in English is required, while German/Norwegian/French or Spanish is a significant plus.
Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication
Willingness to learn and adaptability to change
