Working student PLM Governance PMO

General Information

This position can be filled in Bremen, Aurich, Holzgerlingen, Emden Raguhn, Remels, Kiel, Rostock, Magdeburg, Mainz, Mannheim, Hof, Marne, Westerstede, Oberkotzau, Burgwedel, Barneveld (NDL) on a part-time basis of 20 hours/week. It is limited to 6 month.

Your tasks:

• Analyze, refine & document End-to-End processes of our Product Lifecycle Management department
  • Internal management processes like identity & access management (from on- to off-boarding) or subcontractor management (budget planning / tracking / forecasting)
  • Business processes of each PLM module such as product structure-, document-, part-, CAD-, change & release, digital mockup, architecture or infrastructure management etc.
• Occasionally absence replacement: manage shopping carts for hardware & external services as well as purchase orders (creating service entry sheets & good receipts, invoice booking)
• Support ongoing strategic projects in documentation & training aspects such as
  • IT provider management framework
  • eLearning 2.0
  • R&D process landscape update
  • PLM program configuration & variant management
  • Enterprise Architecture Mapping

Your qualification:

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Process Management)
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and accessible documentation
• Strong attention to detail to capture intricate aspects of PLM processes accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional & international team environment
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) required
Ideally (not mandatory) first experience with PLM systems and processes as well as documentation tools (OneNote, ARIS, Confluence etc.)
