The Associate Brand Manager Home Care (f/m/d) is responsible for the development and implementation of the growth plans for our Home Care brands Ajax and Palmolive Dish for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Associate Brand Manager manages all aspects of a brand line.
Responsibilities:
- Implements annual marketing strategy and operating plans.
- Responsible for volume and profit delivery on brand/product lines.
- Manage consumer and trade promotion, local implementation of product development plans, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand/product line on HUB level (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
- Support Customer Development (Germany) and Retail Marketing (Switzerland and Austria) in presentation to customers on New Products and Business Activations.
- Prepare business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting.
- Lead multi-functional projects among Consumer Marketing, Customer Development and other strategic departments of the organization.
- Manage requests from EU Division, Hub Functions as well as Countries.
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2 years proven experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, preferably in a multinational FMCG company or Advertising/Research Agency
