Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We’re looking for a Customer Services Associate for HGM (m/f/d) within Supply Chain department to hit the ground running in Hamburg, Germany and help us provide consistent and proactive Customer service support. This role is a part time (20 hours per week) until end of May 2024.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provides proactive, timely & professional day to day order entry and order management.
- Partners with internal and external Customers at all levels to provide exceptional Customer service.
- Acts as a single point of contact for assigned Customers and Sales team members.
- Manage fulfillment of Customer orders to ensure consistent and reliable performance from order placement to order receipt
- Identifies trends, perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions to resolve Customer logistics, order fulfillment, and transportation issues.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University degree or successful apprenticeship or experience - Customer relationship management experience
- Computer skills, including experience with ERP/SAP systems and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Customer relationship management principles including customer service, collections, deductions, and related activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Navigate SAP ERP modules, including Master Data, Order to Cash, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management and Pricing (previous experience is highly valued)
- Languages: Proficiency English level. Eastern European Language – would be an advantage.
