Type: Mandatory Internship

Start: September 2024

Duration: 4-6 months

Location: Düsseldorf or Paris

The Field Marketing Intern will report to the Field Marketing Manager for the CEE region and play a key role in assisting the marketing team.

Duties include but are not limited to, executing and monitoring various initiatives and campaigns to create awareness for our company and solutions.

The ideal candidate will generate leads, and help establish Shippeo as the leader in Transportation Real-time visibility in Europe & US.

During the internship, the intern will acquire valuable project management skills and develop an eye for detail, while helping Shippeo to influence and fully engage with its target audience. These include supply chain, logistics, transportation management, and IT decision-makers at mid-sized and large enterprises in Europe & US

Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Assist the field marketing manager with webinar and event execution in their regions

• Explore new opportunities and (communication) initiatives

• Ensure the quality of the prospect database (cleaning and enrichment) to help us reach out to the right audience

• Execute marketing campaigns across vertical industries

• Help to localize collateral and other marketing materials

Ideal profile

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, with a focus in Marketing

• Good writing skills and strong attention to detail

• Good knowledge of spreadsheets, using Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Fluent in English and German, French or Italian is a plus

• Self-starter with a hunger to quickly learn and implement marketing campaigns

• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment
