Your Tasks:
Dive into IT Infrastructure: Assist in the administration of both physical and virtual infrastructure, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our IT environment.
Get Hands-On: Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems and related software, ensuring smooth operations.
Be the Hero: Accept, solve, and document service and support requests in first-level support, becoming the go-to problem solver for Tier 1-2 level support.
Manage Systems: Administer, support, and maintain various servers and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
About you
IT Savvy: You have a profound understanding of IT concepts and practices, with a keen interest in system administration.
Communicative & Collaborative: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are a must.
Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English is essential, and German language skills are a bonus.
Independent Worker: You can work autonomously and manage your tasks responsibly.
