Director* MS&T
As Director* MS&T you will drive strategic MS&T topics and be making a meaningful contribution to the ongoing development within our MS&T team. In this role, you will establish a strong team of supporting functions, enabling to deal with a diverse portfolio.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead and develop different functions of the global MS&T team
- Drive roll-out of the global MS&T strategic agenda
- Drive collaboration and alignment between global organization and the production sites
- Establish robust processes to manage and monitor the portfolio of activities
- Establish best practices and standards
What you have to offer:
- University degree in (Life) Science, Engineering or a medical field
- At least 8 years experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Experience in either Line-management or matrixed team leadership. Ability to lead a diverse team and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-drive, creative and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions
- High team spirit, strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills, can-do it attitude
