As a lead of the team you will work on the most complex and challenging improvement opportunities for Partner Services and regularly interact with our most senior leaders supporting them in designing, leading and executing our CRM strategy and implementation. You will be a key owner of the execution of the Partner Process Transformation for the Partner Services team.
Moreover you will work closely with Sales, Consulting, Operations, Communication and Marketing as well as senior stakeholders in shaping strategy, executing the objectives by creating content and tools and measuring impact of Partner Education. It will help us to steer our Partners in order to achieve our strategic objectives.

- You will be responsible for driving the implement of the Partner Process Transformation project on behalf of Partner Services
- You'll identify, evaluate, prepare and execute on opportunities to step up effectiveness and efficiency across the entire organization
- You'll be a sparring partner to other P-GTM leaders in defining the target operating models and will drive implementation of the tools supporting our Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Operations and Salesforce teams
- Together with team and key stakeholders you will gather Partner Education objectives and will develop Partner Education Strategy
- You'll oversee and lead a team that creates, implements, and customizes educational content for our Partners
- Support your team and key stakeholders in creating digital events and webinars
- You'll support mentoring of highly talented team members and peers to help them grow into future business leaders
- You have 6+ years of working experience in driving large-scale transformations and improvement programs in a business development/improvement role for a leading Fashion or Tech eCommerce company
- You ideally have experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce
- You are an analytical problem-solver with a spike in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- You are an experienced leader with proven project and (executive) stakeholder management skills
- You convince with a track record of successfully operating and delivering in complex and ambiguous settings
