Your tasks

• You take end-to-end responsibility for the solution-oriented handling of customer inquiries via chat, e-mail and telephone.
• You also solve complicated customer challenges by meticulously analyzing accounts, messages and log files.
• You act as an interface between customers and product management, in which you record, analyze and process feedback and communicate it to the company.
• You take responsibility for the continuous optimization of our product documentation.
• You support us in the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and tools in your work environment.
