What you'll do

In this role, you will support SAP User Experience & Product Success in day-to-day activities.

Your tasks include:

• Assist UX Designers and UX Researchers with their day-to-day tasks to explore firsthand product design work.
• Create and update learning content & other materials for cross-organizational projects and topics to help the team be more effective.
• Interact with a global team, different departments, customers and end users.

What you bring

Preferred Skills:

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design/Engineering or similar
• Preferred computer skills: Figma, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, other collaboration tools e.g. MURAL, FigJam is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent English and German required (written and spoken)
• Soft skills: Hands-on, reliable, creative, work independently and focused on results
• Solid understanding of the design process and related methodologies: User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping in all kinds of fidelities

Industry Product Engineering (IPE) accelerates customer success through an end-to-end customer engagement of defining, building, and maintaining products. Fostering SAP’s cloud strategy, IPE reinvents businesses by building new, industry-specific applications for strategic markets on BTP, providing customers with essential solutions for their business transformation. The new "UX & Product Success" unit at SAP Industries & CX focuses on improving the user experience and product success of Industries & CX software solutions. This department works closely with development teams from IPE and customers to design intuitive and results-oriented products. As Industry Cloud UX Team working from within UX & Product Success, we support with our expertise throughout the human-centered design process to build highly differentiating and intelligent industry solutions across various industries such as automotive, utilities, manufacturing etc. Since the UX Team is located in Walldorf, the team prefers a hybrid working model (onsite and remote possible).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
