Then: Start your career in our program for future leaders “Inspire – the Leaders´ Lab”! We are looking for ambitious young professionals who can face challenges in a transformational environment.

After completion of the Inspire program, you will continue your career in the following business area: You will be part of the Engineering Production Team with the focus of digitalization. On a daily basis, you are going to make a measurable value to ensure production and output across all process steps and develop new ideas. We set a high importance in comprehensive digital approach and attach our decision making databased.

You contribute in different varieties of transformation and strategy processes, for example the development of technology standards all over the world up to the accompaniment of planning new production facilities. We attach great importance to team spirit, regular exchange with internal and external partners and collegial communication. You will quickly take over responsibility for your own projects.

Qualifikationen

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Junior Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in engineering, technology change management and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions Excellent academic university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information technology, digitalization or similar studies International experience of at least 6 months Ability to communicate with different management levels Fluent in Business English and good German skills Impressive social engagement, motivation and implement strength Accompaniment to regularly qualify yourself and your team Digital competence with Cloud Management, Data handling, Internet of things and AI High understanding of processes for technical assets Enthusiasm for working and leading different kind of people
