Junior Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in engineering, technology change management and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions Excellent academic university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information technology, digitalization or similar studies International experience of at least 6 months Ability to communicate with different management levels Fluent in Business English and good German skills Impressive social engagement, motivation and implement strength Accompaniment to regularly qualify yourself and your team Digital competence with Cloud Management, Data handling, Internet of things and AI High understanding of processes for technical assets Enthusiasm for working and leading different kind of people

We have a multi-stage recruiting process: If you pass the Online Assessment and the video interview, you will have the chance to meet your mentor to get first insights into your target area. If you are successful in the selection process, we will invite you to our Recruitathon at the end of November 2023 in Stuttgart, Germany. The program will start April 2024.
