Your Role

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Brand Experience Partner (inhouse brand consultant) (f/m/d).

You will significantly increase the effectiveness and consistency of the overall brand experience for ZEISS

Within the ZEISS Group you will guide and support business segments or a key market in achieving significant and sustainable improvements of the ZEISS customers' brand experience with respect to customer impact and consistency

You will act as a strong interface in two ways: you will be a strategic brand advisor to the Head of Marketing at our businesses and participate in marketing planning to ensure proper representation of ZEISS Group's brand strategy and brand objectives

You will also act as the interface between the Management of our businesses and Corporate Brand, Communication and Public Affairs to ensure seamless alignment between the ZEISS Brand Strategy and the business's marketing strategy and activities which drive the customer' s brand experience

In addition, you will lead, and drive initiatives and projects initiated by the Corporate Brand, Communications and Public Affairs department
Your Profile

A university degree, MBA or similar qualification

At least 6 successful years of job experience in marketing or sales for a top global brand, or equivalent brand strategy and marketing consulting with a leading consulting firm as well as experiences in digital and global brand experience design

Familiarity with standard marketing tools and terminology including segmentation, brand portfolio strategy, purchase funnels, brand architecture, value proposition, brand positioning, customer journey, customer touchpoints, quantitative and qualitative market research, etc.

The ability to convince and inspire individuals across functions, businesses, hierarchy levels and regions

Experience with managing external suppliers of marketing services such as agencies, research companies, designers, etc.

Broad international business experience with fluent knowledge of written and spoken English, including international marketing terminology

Excellent team player skills and mindset
