As the Academy Working Student (m/f/d) you coordinate, administer, and optimise the Thinkproject Academy offering. You ensure compliance with relevant requirements and facilitate a good interface between the Academy and other departments.

• Administrate and maintain the Thinkproject Academy platform (account maintenance, themes, settings, tickets, information, forum, updates etc.)
• Overview, planning and coordination of review assignment of internal and external content
• Overview and collaboration with Product Marketing for customer facing academy material (brochures, landing page, quote templates etc.)
• Reporting internal completion measure according to legal regulations (Collaboration with L&C)
• Onboarding and maintaining of Customer and all end users to the Academy platform.
• Administrate and maintain audit relevant documentation in and for OneTrust
• Visualize and document processes of the Academy platform
• Creation and maintenance of the Academy Helpdesk in Zendesk
• Support in projects for the further development of the Academy structure

• You are studying business administration, economics, or a similar subject
• You have already had experience working as a working student
• You are familiar with MS Office, are business-fluent in German and English
• You speak fluent English. German and French language skills are a plus
