For our project team, we are looking for a Project Manager - Event Management (m/w/d). The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. You workplace is in one of our offices, in the center of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich, both with the possibility to work flexibly from home.

- With your know-how in strategic customer consulting, you define versatile event projects in virtual and hybrid meeting formats together with our international customers
- You accompany the entire project management process: from the conception to the planning and implementation of demanding customer projects.
- Your tasks include customer-specific consulting on the achievement of project goals as well as the definition of KPIs
- You plan and continuously monitor the project budget with your eye for context
- You know how to motivate your project team to achieve common goals and work closely with our Creation, Operations and Production departments
- As an idea driver, you will be able to identify new business areas and develop products further
- Degree or apprenticeship in event management, project management with focus on events or related careers
- Several years of field-proven experience in planning, designing and executing (digital/ hybrid/ live) events
- Work experience in the trade fair sector is a plus
- Very good consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- High level of service orientation and reliability
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends in the event industry
- Affinity for digital topics and their implementation
- Knowledge of how to use virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Click-Meeting)
- Business English and ideally other languages are part of your personal portfolio and make you a communication talent
- You love to travel internationally and to face new challenges
