12-month traineeship based in Munich, Germany, starting as soon as possible in 2023
Your key responsibilities:
Support with day-to-day HR tasks for WBD Germany and the P&C GSA team with general administrative activities
Assisting with the processes related to the onboarding, hiring, and termination of temporary employees and interns.
Assist the People Partner team to provide basic project management support on HR initiatives including, but not limited to, performance management, workforce planning, headcount and position management, compliance-related matters, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, talent, and team development and compliance
Work closely with the HR Services Team on administrative tasks such as e-contracts, changes to terms and conditions of employment, and letters of recommendation e.g.
Getting insights into P&C Partner initiatives such as, organization design & integration, talent management, employee development, succession planning, and performance management to get a deeper understanding of the general P&C work.
Assisting the P&C team with reporting, meetings, and travel arrangements
Other HR-related activities, as assigned
You:
You hold a BA in human resources, economics, or equivalent studies minimum
You have at least a first experience as an intern and/or apprentice in the HR field
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and you know how to handle/prioritize your workload
Good understanding of numbers and attention to detail
You are recognized for being discreet and diplomatic, and for treating confidential information
You are considered by others as enthusiastic and motivated,
You are seen by others as a Team Player
