Your position
The customer always comes first for you and communication and customer service are in your blood? You also have a strong technical understanding? Do you like to act as an interface between our sales and engineering teams and do you like to get your hands on the code yourself? These missions are waiting for you
- You are the interface between our customers, the product development and our sales team
- Together with our account managers, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of pilot projects and technical onboarding with customers
- You will take over the support during our customers' operating hours and help with all inquiries regarding our product "Smartlane Transport Intelligence" in an open and empathetic way
- You independently implement sophisticated features for the processes in the operative customer process
- You analyze systematic improvement potentials by maintaining our support tracking system
Your profile
- You already have experience in software development with Python, git and Jira are no foreign words for you
- You quickly recognize the needs of our customers and thus proactively contribute to the improvement of our software and our processes. You are also not afraid of working with their Excel files
- The fast and helpful implementation of customer requirements and the support and satisfaction of customers are your top priority
- You have already gained experience in customer support
- Initial experience in the field of logistics is not absolutely necessary, but is an advantage
- You are open, empathic and professional in dealing with people and also act efficiently and solution-oriented
- If you like to work independently, but are also interested in finding efficient and pragmatic solutions hand in hand in a team, you would be a perfect match for us as a start-up
- Our customers are currently predominantly German speaking. Very good German language skills are therefore a must. But communication in English should also be no problem for you
