About your team
You are joining Operations for Personal Investing (end-clients) and Advisory in Germany. The Operations unit is embedded in the German business and as well highly connected to the Global Operations function. Your Transfers Team delivers one of the key capabilities and is aiming to continuously improve and enhance processes and the respective outcome.
About your role
As part of the operational machine which is humming in a client-centric way you and your Team is part to deliver world-class operations services to all clients. You’ll help to deliver excellent customer experience and take ethical decisions. As part of Fidelity International you’ll learn and grow every day – gaining the skills and knowledge you need to:
- Process transfer instructions including verification and fee charges
- Process payment advices and incoming and outgoing re-registrations (entering, booking, removing from the database, filing, checking), tax records and customer communication (collaboration with Client Services)
- Process and analyze of Not-In-Good-Order working items
- Improvement of controls
- Identify process improvements from an initiation and testing perspective
About you
You’ll succeed because you:
- Are fluent in German and English
- Have experience in Transfer processing
- Have process and continuous process improvement knowledge
- Are client-centric
- Possess a high level of quality assurance and risk awareness
- Are motivated and collaborative
