Candidate Experience Intern in Berlin bei Delivery Hero

We are looking for a Candidate Experience Intern (all genders) to join the Talent Acquisition Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

About the opportunity:

• You will manage, plan and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders

• You will be the first point of contact to our candidates - always striving for an exceptional candidate experience

• You will work on improving the candidate experience through a variety of projects

• You will work with Workday, our ATS tool

• You will carry out administrative tasks

• You will have the opportunity to take on various side projects, to aid in your growth and development

What you need to be successful:

• Student registered at a university in Germany or new graduate

• Able to work 5 days in a week for 6 months

• Excellent communication skills - you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge

• Stakeholder management skills - You are good with people and managing relations with stakeholders

• Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple projects with various deadlines, with great attention to detail

• Goal-oriented - you can work autonomously to meet the needs of your stakeholders, team and Delivery Hero

Nice to have:

• Experience with scheduling, coordinating and administrative tasks

• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred)

• Experience in an HR environment, is a plus for us
